Scheduling-

When Scheduling please hit the Schedulicity Icon and go under the Hours and Scheduling Icon. You do not have to pay for the appointment but  depending what service you get youll be charged.

Appointments

We schedule appointments according to ’availability. Your appointment starts as soon as you walk through the door. Please arrive on time to fill out a brief medical history questionnaire. - You have to fill out a Intake form in order to receive the massage. No exceptions!

Cancellation and Arrivals 
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Late Arrival- Please call 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment-if your lost or are going to be late. Please do not call when your session has already started. When you finally arrive, you'll get the reminder of the massage appointment -not the full session.

However, If you do not call, text or leave a voicemail after 10 minutes, i will take this as a No Show-please be on time to prevent any cancellation fees.

Cancellation:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice you'll be charge it $25 Cancellation Fee.for a hour massage and $40 for the 90 Minute Session. If your under a package you will still pay the regular fee or loose your pack.

Groupon Clients will forfeit their deal and will not be able to reschedule. You can pay the fee to save the Groupon.

Payment can be done by the following methods: Venmo, Check, Credit Card or cash.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Just like a regular job "No Show", will be considered a termination and you will not be allowed to schedule again until you paid the full amount ($50).
If you have a Groupon, your massage appointment will be redeemed and will not be able to reschedule-unless approved my owner(myself

Tipping Policy-

I have noticed throughout my time as a massage therapist, there maybe some be who do not know or don't know the rules of tipping. Tipping is the universal exchange of showing respect for a individual that has provided a great or amazing service. Like other Industries food, Uber and etc they all provide a service for customers.

These are the Guidelines for tipping a massage therapist!

15–20% ,, 15 % -Good, 18% Great 20 % Wow or Higher if you think the massage was over the top. However, if you're using a Groupon deal for a massage, you should tip 15–20% of the full price, not the discounted price. If you still not sure please ask!
